A multicultural duo passionate about helping people find their place in Portugal. With international backgrounds and a shared commitment to connection, empathy, and exceptional service, Roddy and Ann Marie guide clients through every step of their relocation or investment journey—making the process smooth, personal, and rewarding.

Based in Cascais, they’ve called Portugal home with their family since 2016 (Roddy also worked here from 1990–1993). Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, they bring a truly global perspective to their work. As real estate consultants, they combine multicultural experience, local insight, and firsthand understanding of international moves to offer personalized service for clients starting a new chapter in Portugal.

Ann Marie Drysdale

Ann Marie was born in the U.S. and raised in Brazil, with Polish and Colombian roots that shaped her love for people and cultures from all over the world. Her ability to connect easily, listen with empathy, and communicate across languages makes the home-buying journey a comfortable and positive experience. After 38 years as an educator, Ann Marie now brings those same relationship-building skills, patience, and genuine care to guide clients in finding their perfect home and settling into life in Portugal.

Roddy Drysdale

Roddy was born in Argentina and raised in Brazil, with French and Scottish roots. Having lived in seven countries and worked for multinational companies — including Philips and Makro in Portugal from 1990–1993 — he understands the challenges and excitement of moving abroad. Today, he helps people from around the world relocate and find their ideal home or investment in Portugal. Roddy’s purpose is to make change easier and life better in a country that’s safe, welcoming, and full of sunshine.
